VBC-90W (18 mil) Wet Curing Blanket is a multi-ply, textured membrane laminated with a non-woven geotextile. The composite is tough, durable and can withstand harsh construction environments. The geotextile fibers can maintain moisture and prevent water loss during the curing process.

Applications

VBC-90W Wet Curing Blanket is specifically designed to be hydrated and to inhibit moisture loss during the curing process of concrete. It is recommended to cover fresh concrete with VBC- 90W Wet Curing Blanket as soon as the concrete is poured. The white color of the film and geotextile will effectively reflect sunlight and significantly reduce heating of the concrete surface caused by sunlight in hot weather conditions.

VBC-90W Wet Curing Blanket is recommended for both interior and exterior uses and can be installed immediately after completion of concrete pour. It is easy to install and to remove after the concrete has been cured.

Availability

VBC-90W Wet Curing Blanket is available in a standard size of 6 ft × 150 ft roll (900 ft2). Other sizes are available upon request.
